FAREWELL TO CAPRI PIZZA
All good things must come to an end. After 26 years, Capri Pizza has served its last meal and made its last delivery. We, the owners, have decided it is time for us to retire and take full advantage of the opportunities Capri Pizza has afforded us.
We opened Capri Pizza in June 1985. At the time we may have been in over our heads, but through hard work and perseverance we have created a staple in the community. From the beginning we felt welcomed. The warmth of our customers has always made us feel part of the Castro family and we hope that that same feeling resonated whenever our customers came to dine at our restaurant.
Over the past month, the outpouring of affection and support from everyone has been truly moving. It has made the thought of saying goodbye even more difficult. We are extremely sad that we will not see and spend time with our great customers, employees, and friends on a daily basis. We leave with great memories and hope that your experience at Capri Pizza was always an enjoyable one.
From the bottom of our hearts we would like to thank our customers and the Castro community for the continued support we have received over the past 26 years that Capri Pizza has been in operation.
